Requirements for the power supply for all PC cards cifX Mini PCI Express
Important!
For all PC cards cifX Mini PCI Express, the increase of the supply
voltage from 0V to 3.3V must last longer than 180
μ
s.
The power supply unit (host or PC) must comply with this requirement, in
order to avoid exceeding the maximum permissible inrush current specified
in the bus specifications for Mini PCI Express [bus spec 6, revisions 2.0
and 1.2]. The following figure shows the temporal behavior for the increase
of the supply voltage to be complied with:
