Motor Board Maintenance & Setup
The MB01 board allows operation in two different states: Running mode and Maintenance
mode. In Running mode, the board is under the control of the GC01 logic control board which,
through the CAN bus, commands the opening and closing of the doors. In Maintenance mode,
the board is logically detached by the GC01 control board and the operator can set the working
parameters such as the speed, offset, centre position, learning cycle, and can also move the doors
through three push buttons, mounted on the card.
Before the MB01 motor board can operate in running mode, the MB01 board has to execute a
Learning cycle.
If running mode is selected before the learning mode cycle has been performed, a “U” will
appear on the segmented display.
MB01 trimmers
The six trimmers of the MB01 board allows the tuning of the door, each trimmer has six snap
positions.
Trimmer Description
1 Running / Maintenance Mode Selection
2 Closing speed-0-5 max
3 Opening speed-0-5 max
4 Obstacle detection sensitivty 0=max sensitivity
5 Close position offset 5= highest distance from run end
6 Open position offset 5= highest distance from run end
