resistor may be serially connected between Pin
45 and Pin 30 of ECU to take the place of cooling-fluid temperature sensor to
start the engine; That it’s able to be started indicates an abnormality of
cooling-fluid temperature sensor).

After the connection of ignition switch, connect a commutator between ECU
and wiring harness, and check whether respective voltage on following pins of
ECU is normal: Whether the accumulator voltage on Pin 27 is at about 12V,
and whether respective voltage on Pin 14 &19 is 0V.

4 Check whether the passage of air filter is free.

Following a successful starting process, check whether the pressure of inlet
manifold when at idle-speed is within 35kpa and 65kpa.

pump relay directly connected to ground, and connect the ignition switch;
