Common failures and troubleshooting
1.Engine not start or start with difficulty
Cause of failure Methods of elimination
1. Failure in starting system
1 B attery has insufficient voltage
2 B attery not connected well
3 Fuse broken
4 Failure in starter
5 Failure in ignition switch
2.Failure in ignition system
1 High-tension damping wiring damaged or
not connected well.
2 Ignition coil damaged
3 Inappropriate clearance between
both electrodes of spark plug.
4 Spark plug is damped or the
electrode has carbon deposit.
5 Insulator on spark plug is ruptured.
3. Failure in the fuel supply system
1 Petrol pipeline is blocked or with air
resistance.
4. E ngine under a bad condition
1 Valve is leaking air or damaged by
burning.
2 Pad of cylinder is damaged.
3 Piston, piston ring, and cylinder are
much abraded.
4 Intake manifold is leaking air, or
vacuum plug is lost.
5 Pipeline from the vent valve of
crankshaft box to the thermal baffle
of solenoid valve is leaking air.

( 1 ) Charge with power.
( 2 ) Clean wiring terminals and tighten battery line.
( 3 ) Change the fuse
( 4 ) R epair or change starter
( 5 ) R epair or change ignition switch

1 Change the high-tension resistance line
2 Change the ignition coil
3 A djust the clearance between both electrodes.
4 Have it baked or clear away the carbon deposit.
5 Change the spark plug

1 Wash the petrol-oil pipeline or clear away the air
resistance.

2 Change it.

4 Check the intake manifold pipe and gasket, tighten
the nut, and block well the vacuum tube.
5 Fix the connection pipe tightly.
2.Engine can not be accelerated or is slack accelerated.
