System Setup -- Meter Calibration

Instructions

Set Meter Calibration

1. Cursor is in the METER NUMBER field.
2. The meter number will display according to the

order they were entered while assigning connec-

tions (page 34).

3. Press ENTER on the keypad.
4. Cursor moves to the CM# field.
5. Type the number of the control module that con-

trols the meter for this dispense point.

6. Press ENTER on the keypad.
7. Cursor moves to the PORT# field.
8. Type the number of the port the meter is con-

nected to (7--12).

9. Press ENTER on the keypad.
10. Cursor moves to the PULSES PER XX field.
11. Type the number of pulses (per unit of measure).

Only integers between 1 and 9999 will be

accepted for the calibration factor.

P/N 238618 Oil Meter has a nominal calibra-

tion factor of 200 pulses per quart (211 pulses

per liter).

D

P/N 215474 Meter (for antifreeze and washer

fluid) has a nominal factor of 10 pulses per

quart (11 pulses per liter).

D

Start with the nominal value and adjust the

value as needed to increase accuracy.

12. Press ENTER on the keypad.
13. When the cursor is at MORE, press ENTER to

repeat the screen for each meter.
