System Setup -- Connection Assignments
Instructions
Assign Connections
1. The dispense area and fluid number appear in the
first row.
The combined designation of the dispense area
and fluid number is called the dispense point.
2. Cursor is in the AIR SOL: CM field.
3. Type the number of the control module that con-
trols the air solenoid for this dispense point.
NOTE: The air solenoid can be assigned a value
of zero (PORT0) if an air solenoid is not used for
this fluid, and the CM01 field can be left
unchanged.
4. Press ENTER on the keypad.
5. Cursor moves to the PORT field.
6. Type the port number (1--6 or 0 if disabled)
7. Press ENTER on the keypad.
8. Cursor moves to the FLD SOL: CM field.
9. Type the number of the control module that con-
trols the fluid solenoid for this dispense point.
10. Press ENTER on the keypad.
11. Cursor moves to the PORT field.
12. Type the port number (1--6).
13. Press ENTER on the keypad.
14. Cursor moves to the MTR# field.
15. Type the number of the meter for this dispense
point. Assign the meters consecutive numbers,
starting with number 1. The meters you enter will
display when calibrating the meter, in the order
they were entered.
16. Press ENTER on the keypad.
17. When the cursor is at MORE, press ENTER to
repeat the screen for each valid dispense point.
-- Or move the cursor to EXIT to exit the connec-
tion assignment setup.
Save the Setup
Follow the Save Setup procedure on page 30.
