Inventory Mode -- Tank Levels
Follow this procedure to check and add to the levels of your fluid tanks.
Instructions Screens
1. Select Tank Levels
With the cursor at TANK LEVELS on the INVEN-
TORY screen, press ENTER on the keypad.
NOTE: If a low level alarm (LOW FLXX) has
appeared on the HOME screen, following this
procedure and adding the fluid called for will clear
the alarm.
2. Tank Levels
a.. The TANK LEVELS screen appears with the
cursor in the FL# (fluid number) field.
The screen will show the fluid #01 tank level in
gallons or liters.
NOTE: Unit of measurement is determined
during setup. See page 32.
b.. Press the
# "
arrow keys to view the various
fluids setup in inventory. Press ENTER when
the fluid you wanted appears on the screen.
c.. The cursor will move to the ADD field. The
default selection is NO.

Press the
# "
arrow keys to change to YES
if you are adding fluid to your tanks. Press
ENTER and an amount field will appear.
Follow the instructions in step 3, below.

Entering NO will move the cursor to
MORE. Follow the instructions in step 4,
below.
3. Add Fluid to the Tanks
a.. The cursor moves to the amount field. Type in
the number of gallons or liters of fluid being
added to the tank and press ENTER.
a. The tank level amount will increase accord-
ingly and the cursor will move to MORE.
4. More or Exit
a.. Entering MORE will take you to the next fluid
that was setup in inventory.
b.. Press the
# "
arrow keys to move the cursor to
EXIT and press ENTER to go to the SAVE
INVNT screen.

Follow the Save Inventory procedure on page 60.
