Change the hose reel connection from connector D to connec-
tor E to bypass Horizon system. Cap the connector that is not
being used.

In some cases, such as in mining applications, a
design may be required that allows fluid to be dis-
pensed regardless of the state of operation of the
Horizon system. Fig. 23 represents the installation of a
ball valve (F

) that can be used to redirect the fluid
around the Horizon pulse meter (G) and fluid solenoid
(B). This is also useful when it is necessary to remove
the solenoid, meter or filter (H) for cleaning or service.
