Computer [Host] Output Format
NOTE: The Master Output should be set to COM-
PUTER. See page 37. Set up the computer to receive
Horizon data as instructed on page 43.
The Horizon can capture information about the dis-
pense job and vehicle being serviced and download
these records to a computer for further processing.
This data can be used along with a spreadsheet soft-
ware program (such as Excel) or other types of pro-
grams to generate reports, such as billing reports and
preventative maintenance records.
Graco does not offer the software to create such
reports. The following screens provide you with the
layout of the text file Horizon produces. The user will
need to have the expertise to use it with existing soft-
ware or consult with a vendor to modify their software
to use Horizon data.
NOTE: These records will always be the same length
and the data fields will start in the same location.
Spaces are transmitted for unused characters in a
field.
