The memory card is protected. Or the memory card has
malfunctioned.
1. Check that the memory card protect is released.
2. Re-install and re-check.
3. Replace the memory card, re-install in the full install mode,
and check again.

disconnection The thermistor 1 (THG1) for heater
temperature detection has
disconnected.

Defect of the operation panel or defect in the vicinity of the
operation panel SIO.
1. Check that the operation panel LED and screen display
turn on when the power is turned ON.
2. Check that the cable between the operation panel and
MTH board is connected properly.
3. Re-install the software of the operation panel.
4. Replace the operation panel.
5. Replace the cable of the operation panel.
6. Replace the MTH board.
Incorrect software installation, malfunction of the memory card,
and defects in the vicinity of the CPU on the CPU board.
1. Re-install the software, and read the individual data FD.
2. Replace with a proper memory card, re-install the software,
start up, and read the individual data FD.
3. Replace the CPU board.
Disconnection of the I/F cable between the SNS board and
thermistor, or malfunction of the thermistor or thermistor port of
the SNS board.
1. Check that the thermistor connector, I/F cable to the
thermistor, and connector of the SNS board are set
correctly.
2. Replace the thermistor.
3. Replace the SNS board.
4. Replace the cable between the thermistor and SNS board.
