Check attaching positions of SJ2/SJ3/SB6.
If normal, replace SJ2/SJ3/SB6.
Check error generation state.
Check error details at [Error Log Data]
of M-Utility.
Check film stop position and state.

Are +5Vcc/+15VM/+24VC/+24VD
voltages output normally?
Refer to "3.5 Troubleshooting
Reference".

Are SJ2/SJ3/SB6 normal?
Check at [Sensor Monitoring] of
[Check Mechanism] of M-Utility.
N
Recover NFB.
For direct-bonded fuse,
replace the SNS11A or
DRV11A board.
Y
Are NFB of power supply unit and
NFB2 of DRV11A board, and NFB1
of SNS11A board normal?
Refer to "3.5 Troubleshooting
Reference".

Replace fuse.

Is fuse of power supply unit normal?
Refer to "3.5 Troubleshooting
Reference".

Are cables normal?
Check connector connection, cable
conduction, and connector pins.
Repair or replace.

• DRV11A board
Repair or replace.
Check the following items,
and replace and adjust parts
as required.
• Kapton belt

SUS belt
•
Rubber belt
• Tensioner
• Grip spring
• Grip roller, conveyance roller
• Biting of foreign particles

Is drive system mechanism of sub
scanning unit normal?
Rotate MD1 drive shaft with hand,
and check that roller rotates smoothly.

Are cables normal?
Check connector connection, cable
conduction, and connector pins.
