TROUBLESHOOTING

When malfunctions occur in the equipment, analyze them from error codes, abnormal
development, and abnormal images and perform the required corrections.

3.1

Troubleshooting from Error Codes

Troubleshooting Methods

The following three troubleshooting methods are available.

Troubleshooting from error codes

When an error code is displayed on the screen, analyze the malfunction from that error
code.
When no error codes are displayed, the malfunction can be analyzed if an error
message is logged in the error log.
When analyzing malfunctions from error codes, refer to "3.1 Troubleshooting from
Error Codes".

Troubleshooting from abnormal images

When analyzing malfunctions from abnormal images, refer to "3.2 Troubleshooting
from Abnormal Images".

Troubleshooting from abnormal operations

When analyzing malfunctions from abnormal operations, refer to "3.3 Troubleshooting
