(Check that there is no deformation of 
actuator, interval with sensor, 
interference.)

Replace with same sensor and check.
Refer to "3.5 Troubleshooting
Reference".

Is SC3 normal?
Check at [Positioning Film] of 
[Check Mechanism] of M-Utility.

Are cables normal?
Check connector connection, cable
conduction, and connector pins.

Check again.

Repair or replace.

Correct actuator.

Replace SNS11A
board.

Note:
Execute all stroke when checking 
movement of centering guide.

Replace DRV11A
board.

Repair or replace.

Check attaching state of drive gear and rack, 
damage, wear, presence of foreign particles, and 
then replace and adjust parts as required.

before-sub-scanning conveyor

Rotate MC3 gear with hand, and

smoothly.
