Check at [Motor Operation] of
[Check Mechanism] of M-Utility.

Replace DRV11A
board.

Repair or replace.

Check attaching state of
drive gear, damage, and
wear, etc., and replace and
adjust parts as required.

Is drive system mechanism of removal
unit normal?
Rotate MB2 gear with hand, and
check that roller rotates smoothly.

Replace MB2.

Is motor normal?
Perform pulse motor inspection.
Refer to "3.5 Troubleshooting
Reference".

Are cables normal?
Check connector connection, cable
conduction, and connector pins.

Is before-sub-scanning conveyor grip
normal?
Check at [Grip] of [Check Mechanism]
of M-Utility, and check that
interval is 0.5 mm.

Adjust home position.
