2.2 Checking Film Output, Film Conveyance, and Images
Output film from each film tray using the M-Utility (Flat Pattern:density1.2 ,
17-Steps Pattern) and check the recording image format, density correction
function, and for image unevenness and format. Also check if the
mechanism system and conveyance system are operating normally during
film conveyance.
Procedure
Outputting flat patterns
(1) Touch [Output Film], [Flat Pattern], then [TRAY1] or [TRAY2].
(2) Gradation type: Touch [2.64] or [3.0].
(3) No. of film output: Touch [1] and then [ENT].
(4) Flat pattern density (100 times density value):Touch [120] and then [ENT].

The flat pattern is output on film.
<CONFIRM>
• Check that no abnormal sounds nor smell are produced from the equipment.
• Check that no film jamming has occurred.
• Check that the recording image format has not changed.
• Check that there is no image unevenness and flaw.
