MAINTENANCE  3. TROUBLESHOOTING

Power OFF

Y

Is MB2 normal?
Check at [Motor Operation] of 
[Check Mechanism] of M-Utility.

Check attaching state of drive 
gear, damage, wear, and then 
replace and adjust parts as 
required.

Is drive system mechanism of removal 
unit normal?
Rotate MB2 gear with hand, and check 
that roller rotates smoothly.
Move rubber roller between suction 
cup up and down with hand, and check 
that it moves smoothly.

Is before-sub-scanning conveyor grip 
normal?
Check that clearance is 0.5 mm at 
[Grip] of [Check Mechanism] of 
M-Utility.

Adjust home position.
Refer to "3.5 Troubleshooting Reference".
