Is MA1 normal?
Check at [Film Removing] of
[Check Mechanism] of M-Utility.

Replace SA1.
Is SA1 actuator normal?
(Check that there is no deformation of
actuator, interval with sensor,
interference.)
Does error occur again?
Y N
Y
Is sensor normal?
Replace with same sensor and check.
Refer to "3.5 Troubleshooting
Reference".
Y
Is SA1 normal?
Check at [Sensor Monitoring] of
[Check Mechanism] of M-Utility.
N
Y
Are cables normal?
Check connector connection, cable
conduction, and connector pins.
Check again.
Repair or replace.
N
Correct actuator.
N
Replace in the
following order.
•SNS11A board
•DRV11A board
Note:
Execute all stroke when
checking up/down movement of
removal unit.
Replace DRV11A
board.
Repair or replace.
Check the following items, replace and
adjust the required parts.
•Attaching state, damage, wear of drive gear
•Belt and belt tension
•Slider rail of two edge of suction cup arm

Is drive system mechanism of removal
unit normal?
Rotate drive pulley of MA1 with hand,
and check that suction cup arm moves
up and down smoothly.
Replace MA1.
Y N
Is motor normal?
Replace with same motor and check.
Or perform pulse motor inspection.
Refer to "3.5 Troubleshooting
Reference".

Are cables normal?
Check connector connection, cable
conduction, and connector pins.
