9.3 Setting the Auditron Features
Select Confirm .
The current password, copy limit, colour access setting, and copy volume are
shown on the display. Nothing will be shown if a setting is not defined.
Create/Modify the respective settings (e.g. User Password
and Colour Access) on the Create/Modify Accounts screen.
Proceed to Step 8 if you wish to reset the copy volume.
Select Modify Account Data .
The screen showing the changes made to the selected account is displayed.
Setting/Modifying the password:

Select Key in Password .
The input area is blank.

Enter the password by
using the keypad. You
can enter a password
within the range of 4
to 12 digits.
The input password is shown in the User Password display area.

You can enter a password within the
range of 4 to 12 digits.

You have to set a different password
for each account (by department/
user). The same password cannot
be set twice.
