5.17 Copying Several Documents onto One Copy

Procedure
Load the documents.
Select a paper tray with the desired paper size in Paper
Supply.
Select Multi-Up on the Output Format screen.
The Multi-Up screen is displayed.
Select the number of documents to be copied onto one sheet
of paper.
Specify the page layout.
When 2 Up is selected:

Do not select Auto for Paper Supply
when you wish to use the Multi-Up
(N-Up) feature.

When Multi-Up is selected, Auto%
for Reduce/Enlarge will autmatically
be selected. When copies are made
with Multi-Up and Auto% for
Reduce/Enlarge, the machine will
automatically set the magnification
ratio and fit the image on the
selected paper size.
