9.3 Setting the Auditron Features
Select Confirm .
The password, copy limit, colour access and copy volume of the selected
account appear on the display.
Select Close after you have reviewed the data.
The display returns to the Auditron Functions Menu screen.
Select Exit Auditron to exit the Auditron Administration
screen.
9.3.2 Creating/Modifying account data
You can create or modify the data of an account, such as, copy limit and copy access. You can
also reset the copy volume of the accounts. You can register a maximum of 2000 accounts.

Procedure
Enter the Auditron Administration Mode and display the
Auditron Functions Menu screen.
Select Create/Modify Accounts .
The Create/Modify Accounts screen is displayed.
Select Key in Account No. and enter the account number
you wish to create/modify by using the keypad.
Alternatively, use
to select the account number.

2099.
