Procedure
While pressing the sorter
release lever, push the
sorter to the right until it
stops moving.
Press the button on the
lower right cover of the
copier down to open the
cover.
Remove any jammed pa-
per.
If the paper is torn, ensure that no pieces of torn paper are left
behind.
Close the lower right cover
of the copier.

If the lower right cover of the copier is
not closed completely, a message will
be displayed and the machine will not
function. If there are paper jams at
other locations, other messages will be
displayed.
