This section explains how to set the functions shown on the Auditron Functions Menu screen.
9.3.1 Reviewing account data
You can review the current data of each account, such as the password, number of copies made,
copy limit, and colour access.

You need not be the Auditron Administrator to review your own personal or department account data like copy volume, copy
limit and so forth. See “8.9 Checking the Sum of Copies Made” for the details.

Procedure
Enter the Auditron Administration mode and display the
Auditron Functions Menu screen.
Select Review Accounts .
The Review Accounts screen is displayed.
Select Key in Account No. and enter the account number
you wish to review by using the keypad.
Alternatively, use
to select the account number.
