The MediaLink MACRO Configuration screen
MediaLink MACRO Configuration screen (no links established)
The MediaLink MACRO Configuration screen is divided into two sections:
•
Trigger:
The buttons in this section represent the button that you press on
the MLC to issue the commands from both the linked buttons’ selected
memory blocks.
•
Destination:
The buttons in this section represent the memory blocks to
which you link buttons from the Trigger section. When you press the MLC
trigger button, the destination button’s function is performed after the
trigger button’s function.
In each section, each MLC 52 button is shown as a set of four buttons,
representing the MLC button’s four memory blocks. If a button memory block
has been programmed with an IR code, it is shown in red; if it has an RS-232
code, it is shown in green.
Other items of interest on the screen include:

Trash can icon:
Dragging a linked button from the Trigger section to this
icon removes the link from the button.
•
Return button:
Click this button to return to the Controller (MLC) Config.
screen.
Follow these steps to set up button associations:
Button linking procedure
1.
If needed, load a projector driver into the MLC, and program the buttons as
desired.
Only buttons that have been configured with IR or RS-232 codes can be used
as macro triggers.
2.
Click the Macro... button in the upper-right corner of the Controller (MLC)
Config. tab. The MediaLink MACRO Configuration screen is displayed,
covering the Controller tab.
