Using the MLC 52 Configuration Program
To perform advanced configurations (e.g., removing a button from a switch
rotation, updating firmware, and using display drivers), you must use the
included Extron Windows-based configuration software. The MLC 52
Configuration program’s graphical user interface includes the same functions as
those on the MLC’s front panel, plus some additional features that are available
only through the configuration software.
To install and run the MLC 52 Configuration program software, ensure that your
PC meets the following minimum requirements:
• Windows 2000, XP, or higher
• 400 MHz processor
• 32 MB free hard disk space
Extron’s Windows-based configuration software is provided on CD with the
MLC, and updates can be downloaded from the Extron Web site
(http://www.extron.com).
