Scarico circuito impianto
frenante
Attenzione
Il liquido impiegato nell’impianto
frenante, oltre a danneggiare la
vernice, è dannosissimo a contatto
degli occhi o della pelle; lavare quindi
abbondantemente con acqua corrente
la parte interessata in caso di
accidentale contatto.
Togliere il coperchio (2) con
membrana dal serbatoio liquido
freni anteriori svitando le viti (1).
Svitare il coperchio (4) del serbatoio
liquido freno posteriore (B).
Collegare alla valvola di spurgo (3) o (5)
della pinza uno spurgatore per freni,
comunemente reperibile in commercio.
Allentare la valvola di spurgo (3) o (5)
e pompare con lo spurgatore fino a
quando non esce più fluido
dall’impianto.
Note
Quando si usa un attrezzo per
lo spurgo del freno reperibile in
commercio, seguire le istruzioni
d’uso del fabbricante.
In caso di indisponibilità dello
spurgatore, collegare alla valvola di
spurgo (3) o (5) della pinza, un tubicino
in plastica trasparente e immergerne
l’estremità in un contenitore
appoggiato sul pavimento e
contenente liquido freni usurato.
Svitare di
1/4 di giro la valvola di spurgo.
Azionare la leva o il pedale comando
freno fino alla totale fuoriuscita del
liquido.
Eseguire l’operazione per ogni pinza
freno.
Draining the braking
circuit
Warning
Brake fluid will damage painted
surfaces if spilled on them. In addition,
it is very harmful in contact with the
skin or with the eyes; in the event of
accidental contact wash the affected
area with abundant running water.
Loosen screws (1) and remove the
cover (2) and membrane from the
front brake fluid reservoir.
Unscrew the cap (4) of the rear
brake fluid reservoir (B).
Connect a commercially available
brake bleeder to the bleed valve (2)
or (3).
Loosen the bleed valve (3) or (5)
and pump with the bleeder until no
more fluid is draining off.
Notes
Follow the manufacturer's
instructions when using a
commercial brake bleeding tool.
If you do not have a bleeder available,
attach a length of transparent plastic
tubing to the bleed valve (3) and
insert the other end of the tubing in
a container of old brake fluid
placed on the floor.
Unscrew the bleed valve by a
1/4 turn.
Operate the brake lever (or pedal)
until all the fluid has drained out of
the circuit.
Repeat this operation for each brake
calliper.
