Rimontaggio forcella
anteriore
Procedere al rimontaggio degli steli
posizionandoli, rispetto alla base di
sterzo, all’altezza indicata in figura.
Posizionare gli steli (15) e (18) sulla
base di sterzo (7) e successivamente
inserire i semimanubri (
5 ) e ( 6 ).
Posizionare gli steli (15) e (18) sulla
testa di sterzo (2).
Bloccare gli steli serrando alla coppia
prescritta le viti (8) e (1) di fissaggio
alla base di sterzo (7) e alla testa di
sterzo (2).
Per un corretto orientamento del
semimanubrio inserire l'estremità del
perno (A) nella relativa fessura (B)
sulla testa di sterzo (2).
Bloccare le viti (4) dei semimanubri
alla coppia di serraggio prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Importante
Se durante lo smontaggio sono
state rimosse dalla loro sede,
applicare grasso prescritto sul filetto
delle viti (1), (8), e (4) prima di
procedere al relativo bloccaggio.
Rimontare le strutture rimosse dal
mototelaio:
Attenzione
Non utilizzare il motociclo senza
il parafango anteriore in quanto
questo elemento funge da supporto
alle tubazioni freno, evitando che
queste vadano ad interferire con la
ruota durante la frenata.

Refitting the front fork
Refit the fork legs, positioning them
at the height shown in the figure with
respect to the bottom yoke top face.
Locate the fork legs (15) and (18) in
the bottom yoke (7) and then fit the
handlebars (
5 ) and ( 6 ).
Locate the fork legs (15) and (18)
in the steering head (2).
Tighten screws (8) and (1) securing
fork legs to bottom yoke (7) and
steering head (2) to their specified
torque.
To ensure correct insertion of the
handlebars, fit the end of pin (A) into
the slot (B) in the steering head (2).
Tighten down the handlebar
screws (4) to their specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Important
If they were removed during
disassembly, apply the specified
grease to the threads of screws (1), (8)
and (4) before locking them down.
Refit any parts removed from the
frame:
Warning
Do not ride the motorcycle
without the front mudguard. The front
mudguard also acts as a brake hose
support and prevents the brake hose
from touching the wheel when
braking.
