Gearbox shafts
reassembly
Figure 1 shows all the parts to be
reassembled on the gearbox primary
shaft (2), with the calculated end
shims (1) and (11) (Sect. N 9.2).
Figure 2 shows all the parts to be
reassembled on the gearbox
secondary shaft (25), with the
calculated end shims (15) and (26)
(Sect. N 9.2).
To reassemble the gears on the
gearbox shafts, follow the disassembly
sequence in reverse order.
Use the maximum caution when
installing the intermediate gears.
The assembly procedure of the 3
rd
and 4
th
gears and relative fixing
components on the secondary
shaft is given as an example.
Fit snap ring (7), checking that it is
fully inserted into its groove on the
shaft. Push snap ring (7) with a
suitable size tubular drift.
Slide the washer with three internal
points (6) over the shaft until it locates
against the snap ring you have just
fitted.
To fit needle roller bearing (4) onto the
shaft, first lubricate it with abundant
grease (recommended type) and then
open it slightly to make correct
positioning easier.

La Fig.1 mostra tutti i componenti che
devono essere installati sull'albero
primario (2), con i rasamenti (1) e (11)
di estremità calcolati (Sez. N 9.2).
La Fig.2 mostra tutti i componenti da
installare sull'albero secondario (25),
con all'estremità i rasamenti (15) e (26)
calcolati (Sez. N 9.2).
Procedere al rimontaggio degli
ingranaggi sugli alberi del cambio
procedendo in maniera contraria a
quanto descritto per la
scomposizione degli stessi.
Occorre prestare particolare
attenzione quando si montano gli
ingranaggi folli. Riportiamo l'esempio
del montaggio degli ingranaggi della
3ª e 4ª velocità e relativi componenti
di fissaggio sull'albero secondario.
Installare l'anello elastico (7)
verificando che risulti completamente
inserito nelle sedi dell'albero. È buona
norma utilizzare un tampone tubolare
di adatte dimensioni con il quale
spingere l'anello.
Introdurre nell'albero, fino a contatto
con l'anello elastico appena montato,
la rosetta a tre punte (6).
Lubrificare abbondantemente con
grasso prescritto la gabbia a rullini (4)
ed accompagnarla in sede, aprendola
quel tanto che basta per introdurla
sull'albero.
