Registrazione posizione
pedale comando cambio
e freno posteriore (749S)
Per assecondare le esigenze di guida
di ogni pilota è possibile variare
l’assetto dei pedali comando cambio
e freno posteriore utilizzando i fori di
fissaggio superiori in combinazione
con quelli inferiori delle staffe
portapedane sul telaio. In figura è
rappresentata solamente la
regolazione della pedana cambio:
la regolazione della pedana freno
posteriore è identica
.
Allentare e rimuovere le viti (A) di
fissaggio pedana.
Spostare la pedana nella posizione
desiderata.
Applicare frenafiletti prescritto sulle
viti (A) e bloccarle alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
A questo punto è necessario regolare
la posizione dei pedali di cambio e
freno posteriore in funzione della
nuova posizione della pedana.
Per modificare la posizione del
comando cambio è possibile agire
con tre differenti tipi di regolazione.
Macroregolazione posizione
pedale cambio
Svitare e rimuovere la vite (1) e
regolare assialmente l’asta, facendo
assumere al pedale cambio la
posizione desiderata. L’asta può
essere registrata in quattro posizioni
(C) riferite all’asse della vite (1). A
regolazione ultimata serrare la vite (1)
alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3),
applicandogli frenafiletti prescritto.
Microregolazione posizione
pedale cambio
Bloccare l’asta di rinvio estraibile
agendo nella presa a chiave (B) e
allentare il controdado (2).
Allentare le viti (1).
Regolare la posizione del pedale
agendo sulla presa a chiave (B) per
ruotare l’asta. A regolazione ultimata
serrare il controdado (2) e bloccare la
vite (1) alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Regolazione combinata pedale
cambio
È possibile effettuare
contemporaneamente le due
regolazioni precedentemente descritte,
avendo cura di serrare alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3) controdado (2) e
vite (1) applicandogli frenafiletti
prescritto a regolazioni ultimate.
Adjusting the position of
the gear change and rear
brake pedals (749S)
The positions of the gear change and
rear brake pedals can be adjusted to
suit the preferred riding position of
each rider. This is achieved using the
upper and lower fixing holes on the
footpeg brackets in different
combinations. The photos shows
adjustment of the gear change
footpeg. The rear brake footpeg is
adjusted by the same procedure
.
Undo and remove the screws (A)
securing the footpeg.
Move the footpeg to the desired
position.
Apply the recommended threadlocker
to screws (A) and tighten them to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Now adjust the position of the gear
change and rear brake pedals in
accordance with the new position
of the footpegs.
There are three adjustment options
for the gear change pedal.
Coarse adjustment of the gear
change pedal position
Unscrew and remove the screw (1)
and adjust the rod to obtain the
required gear change pedal position.
The end of the screw (1) can enagage
any of the four notches (C) on the rod.
After adjustment,apply the
recommended threadlocker to the
screw (1) and tighten it to the
specifie torque (Sect. C 3).
Fine adjustment of the gear
change pedal position
Hold the adjustable linkage rod by
applying a wrench to the flats (B)
and loosen the lock nut (2).
Slacken off the screws (1).
Adjust the position of the pedal by
turning the rod using a wrench on
the flats (B). On completion of
adjustment, tighten down the screw
(1) and tighten the lock nut (2) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Combined adjustment of the
gear pedal position
The two adjustment procedures
describe above may also be carried
out simulatneously; on completion
of the adjutment, remember to
apply the recommended threadlocker
and tighten both the lock nut (2)
and the screw (1) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
