Inserire sull'albero di rinvio il distanziale
interno (17) con il lato scaricato “A”
verso l'anello elastico (
26 ).
Posizionare sull'albero rinvio
distribuzione la prima linguetta (16),
la puleggia interna (18) con il mozzo
sporgente verso l'esterno e la
rondella di guida (19).
Procedere poi con il montaggio
della seconda linguetta (16), della
puleggia esterna (18) con il mozzo
sporgente verso l'interno, del
distanziale esterno (20) e della
ghiera di bloccaggio (15).
Importante
Per evitare allentamenti
accidentali che causerebbero gravi
danni al motore, è necessario
utilizzare ghiere autobloccanti nuove
in corrispondenza del fissaggio di
tutte le pulegge distribuzione.
Bloccare con l'attrezzo cod. 88713.1805
la rotazione delle pulegge e serrare alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3) la ghiera
autobloccante utilizzando l'inserto in
dotazione alla chiave abbinato ad una
chiave dinamometrica.
Install the inner spacer (17) on the
layshaft, with the machined side “A”
facing circlip (
26 ).
Position the first key (16), the inner
pulley (18) with the protruding hub
facing outwards and the guide
washer (19) on the timing layshaft.
Then fit the second key (16), the
outer pulley (18) with the protruding
hub facing inwards, the outer
spacer (20) and the lock nut (15).
Important
To prevent the nuts working
loose and the consequent engine
damage, always use new self-
locking ringnuts on all timing belt
pulleys on reassembly.
Use tool part no. 88713.1805 to
hold the pulley against rotation and
tighten the self-locking nut to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3) using
the insert supplied with the tool in
conjunction with a torque wrench.
