Verificare che sul coperchio testa siano
installate le rosette gommate (
8 ).
Installare i dadi flangiati (7) sulle
colonnette della testa e bloccarli alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3), partendo
da quelli centrali e seguendo la
sequenza numerica riportata in figura.
Rimuovere l'eccedenza di pasta
sigillante nelle zone dove è stata
applicata.
Eseguire le stesse operazioni per
l'altra testa.
In caso sia stato rimosso, installare
sul coperchio teste il prigioniero (13)
di fissaggio bobina e serrarlo alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Procedere al rimontaggio dei
componenti rimossi.

Rimontare le pulegge,
le cinghie distribuzione
e i coperchi esterni
distribuzione N 4.2
Rimontare l’airbox L 6
Rimontare il gruppo
codone-serbatoio
carburante E 3
Rimontare il radiatore
acqua N 3.2
Rimontare le carenature
laterali E 2
Check that the vulcanised washers ( 8 )
are installed on the head cover.
Install the flanged nuts (7) on the
head stud-bolts and tighten to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3), starting
from the centre and following the
numerical sequence given in the
figure.
Remove excess sealant from the area
of application.
Repeat the same procedure for the
other head.
If it has been removed, install the
stud-bolt (13) securing the coil and
tighten it to its specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Reinstall the components removed
in the procedure.
