Smontaggio comando
acceleratore
Rimuovere il tappo (3) di chiusura
posto sul semimanubrio.
Sfilare leggermente il cappuccio (A) di
protezione cavi comando acceleratore.
Svitare le viti (4) del comando
acceleratore (1) ed aprire il comando.
Scarrucolare i cavi di apertura (5) e
chiusura (6) sfilando i nottolini (B)
dalle loro sedi.
Rimuovere il comando acceleratore (1)
dal semimanubrio destro.
Note
Per sostituire i cavi di
apertura (5) e chiusura (6) del
comando acceleratore è necessario
rimuovere la scatola filtro (Sez. L6).
I cavi comando acceleratore sono
forniti a ricambi completi di registri.
Rimontaggio comando
acceleratore
Note
Se sono stati sostituiti i cavi
comando acceleratore è necessario
prima rimontarli nella scatola filtro e
montare quest'ultima sul veicolo
(Sez. L 6).
Lubrificare l’estremità dei cavi (5) e (6)
di comando acceleratore e la carrucola
di comando con grasso prescritto.
Per il rimontaggio dei componenti
comando acceleratore eseguire in
ordine inverso le procedure descritte
per lo smontaggio, posizionando i
coperchi dell’accelleratore nel foro di
riferimento (C) del semimanubrio.
Note
Per il posizionamento dei cavi
comando acceleratore fare riferimento
alle immagni di fine capitolo.
Disassembling the
throttle control
Remove the plug (3) on the handlebar.
Slide back slightly the cap (A)
protecting the throttle control cables.
Loosen the throttle control (1)
screws (4) and open the control.
Take off the open (5) and close (6)
cables by extracting the pawls (B)
from their seats.
Remove the throttle control (1) from
the RH handlebar.
Notes
To replace the throttle open (5)
and close (6) cables you must first
remove
the filter box (sect. L6). The throttle
cables are supplied as spares
complete with adjusters.
Reassembling the
throttle control
Notes
If the throttle control cables
have been replaced they must first be
installed in the filter box and the latter
installed on the vehicle (Sect. L6).
Lubricate the ends of the throttle
control cables (5) and (6) and the
control frame with the prescribed
grease.
To refit the throttle control
components, proceed in inverse
order to the disassembly procedure,
making sure that the throttle covers
locate in the reference hole (C) in the
handlebar.

Refer to the figures at the end
of the chapter for correct routing of
the throttle control cables.
