Rimontaggio frizione
Assemblare la campana frizione
all'ingranaggio della primaria.
Applicare frenafiletti sul filetto delle
otto viti (11) di fissaggio ed impuntarle
sull'ingranaggio.
Importante
Le viti di fissaggio della
campana devono essere nuove.
Bloccare le viti (11) di fissaggio alla
coppia prescritta, operando a croce
(Sez. C 3).
Inserire sull'albero primario il
distanziale (16), con guarnizione
OR (
15 ) opportunamente lubrificato.
Il lato con OR va rivolto verso il
motore.
Montare il tamburo frizione (10),
completo di parastrappi, sull'albero
primario.
Inserire i seguenti particolari
sull'estremità dell'albero primario:
- la rosetta di appoggio (9);
- la guarnizione OR (21);
- la bussola (20) con perno di
centraggio (19) sul mozzo
parastrappi;
- la rondella di sicurezza (5) e il
dado (18).
Bloccare il tamburo frizione
utilizzando l'attrezzo
88713.2133 e
serrare il dado di fissaggio alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Reassembling the clutch
Assemble the clutch housing to the
primary drive gear.
Apply threadlocker to the threads
of the eight retaining screws (11)
and fit them into the gear.
Important
Use new housing screws.
Tighten screws (11) to the specified
torque working crossways (Sect. C 3).
Equip the primary shaft with the
spacer (16) and lubricate and fit the
O-ring (
15 ). The O-ring side should
face the engine.
Fit clutch drum (10) complete with
cush drive damper pads onto the
primary shaft.
Fit the following parts onto the
primary shaft end:
- bearing washer (9);
- O-ring (21);
- bush (20) with centring pin (19)
into the hub;
- safety washer (5) and nut (18).
Lock the clutch drum with tool part
no.
88713.2133 , grease the retaining
nut and tighten it to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
