Operating Instructions

Once the engine stops, the Automatic Blowdown Valve will relieve
pressure from the separator tank. If the Automatic Blowdown Valve fails
to operate, pressure must be relieved from the system by means of the
Manual Blowdown Valve.

This compressor is equipped with a battery disconnect switch which
disconnects power for long term storage. The switch is located on the
fuel tank side.

Do not us the battery disconnect switch for normal stopping. Wait 1
minute after stopping engine before turning the battery disconnect
switch to the OFF position.

Shutdown

Do the following for powering down the compressor by following these procedure:

1. Close all Service Valves.

2. Allow the engine to idle for 3 minutes to cool down.

3. Press the Red Stop Button

.

4. Press the Main Power Button

when use of the compressor is not needed.

Note:

Until Main Power Button is pressed, the gauges can be read and the Mini-Port

can be navigated using the UP, DOWN, and ENTER Buttons.

5. If the Main Power Button is not pressed within 3 minutes (if ambient temperature is

above 45° F (7° C) or 15 minutes if ambient temperature is 45° F (7° C) or below of
the keypad being used the compressor will automatically power down.
