Maintenance

Air Filter Elements

Refer to the Preventive Maintenance Schedule in this manual for recommended servicing
intervals.

Never remove and replace element(s) when the compressor is running.

If inspection reveals damage to the main element, the safety element
must be replaced.

Installing a new oil filter element when the old gasket remains on the
filter head will cause an oil leak and can cause property damage.

The air filter elements maintenance should be performed as often as conditions require. The
air filters elements should be replaced regularly or when indicated on the Control Panel,
whichever comes first. The air filter elements should be change every time the indicators
show a change is necessary, as indicated in the Maintenance Schedule (more frequently in
dusty operating conditions).
