ADJUSTMENTS - MAINTENANCE

CLUTCH ASSEMBLING PROCEDURE

1. Fit the friction disks and drive plates to the flange

hub in the correct sequence as illustrated. A friction

disk is mounted to the bottom of the clutch housing

and to fibre hub pilot bearing.

2. Insert the flange hub with the friction disks and the

drive plates into the clutch housing - lining up the

tabs (item 3) of the drive plate.

4. Put the setting ring back in its proper location. Take

note of the position window and setting ring min./

max. location.

5. Loosen the six nuts (item 1) until they reach the end
