The following options are available to specify the disposition of each liability:
Ignore
Moves the selected liabilities from the
Liabilities to be Imported
list into the
Liabilities to be Ignored
list and does not import them into the
Loan Application
.
Import
Moves the selected liabilities from the
Liabilities to be Ignored
list into the
Liabilities to be Imported
list and imports them into the
Loan Application
.
Ignore $0 Balance
Moves all accounts with a zero balance to the
Liabilities to be Ignored
list and
does not import them into the
Loan Application
.
Ignore Closed
Moves all closed accounts into the
Liabilities to be Ignored
list and does not
import them into the
Loan Application
.

Specify the disposition of the borrower’s liabilities by using the
Ignore

$0 Balance
, and
Ignore Closed
buttons.

Populate
.
The
Loan Application
is populated with the liabilities. If you click
Don’t Populate
,
the
Loan Application
is not populated with the liabilities.
Flood certifications
Before completing the loan paperwork, you must determine the flood status of the
property. The flood status is usually completed during the processing/underwriting phase
of the mortgage pipeline.
Attention
Closed accounts include any liabilities with the following status in the
Account Status column:
•
Closed
•
Paid
•
Transferred
•
Refinanced
