BRAKES

BRAKE PUMP REASSEMBLY

Reassemble the brake pump in the reverse order of removal.

• When reassembling the brake switch, align the projection of the

switch with the hole of the pump.

• When reassembling the brake pump onto the handlebars, tighten

the upper fixing bolt first.

Torque pressure
Front brake pump fixing bolt:

10 N.m (1.0 kg-m)

Bleed the air from the braking system after reassembling
the brake pump.

• If the support is substituted, make sure that when reassembling

the brake fluid chamber align the projection of the chamber with
the hole of the support.
