Besides the year of manufacturing and number of the engine are
duplicated on a platform of the left bank of the cylinder block in a rear
part of the engine.
The high-pressure fuel injection pump model, its number and
date of manufacturing are specified on the plate, fixed on the pump
housing from the right hand side.
The designation of turbocharger and its serial number and date
of manufacturing are specified on a special platform of the compressor
housing.
On the high-pressure fuel injection pump in assembly with the
speed governor five seals of the factory - manufacturer are installed:
−
on the hatch of governor;
−
on the maximal idle speed adjusting bolt
−
on the corrector cover;
−
on the power limiting screw;
−
on the upper case of high-pressure fuel injection pump
Besides on the engine the fastening screws of cylinder head
covers (one-piece cylinder head) are sealed up. The seals on head cov-
ers are installed by the factory only for the period of transportation and
can be taken off in the initial period of the operation that is not in-
fringement and does not attract refusing of a guarantee.
ATTENTION!
THE REMOVAL OF OTHER SEALS IN THE
GUARANTEE PERIOD OF OPERATION IS CATEGORICALLY
FORBIDDEN.
The marking of a gear box - at a rear housing end face. The
gearbox model, serial number and date of manufacturing are specified.
