At the output shaft front bearing inside ring pressed
against the stop measure the dimension

end face to the wide end face of the bearing outside ring). Before
measurement the bearing ring densely press to rollers and turn it not
less than five revolutions.
1.2.
Measure the dimension A at the gear ring 2 pressed against
the stop to an end face of the output shaft (from the gear ring end face
to the bearing boring end face in the input shaft).
1.3.
Select the necessary number of installing gaskets proceed-
ing from a condition: S
gasket
= S+(0…0,05),
where S
gasket
– total thickness of gaskets, and S=A+0,3-

Install the selected gaskets in the boring to the input shaft end
face.
2.
Enter the output and counter shafts in assembly in the gear-
box housing and fix their mutual position with special adaptation (fig.
112) so that the dimension A (from the gearbox housing front end face
to the counter shaft drive gear front end face) and

housing front end face to the 4-5 gear synchronizer hub front end face)
