The upper end face of liner lug is made with acting part to out-
side surface of liner The lug height, in comparison with previous one,
is reduced up to 9,6 mm
(for metal gasket). On the upper fixation sur-
face there is the groove for installation of rubber ring.
The grooves for seal ring in the liner bottom part are made simi-
larly previous ones.
The liners are divided on dimensions of inside diameter on di-
mensional groups:

The dimensional group is marked on a non-working surface of
liner lug.
PISTON
The pistons (fig. 12) are cost of an eutectic aluminium-silicium
alloy. The oil cooling of the piston is made from motionless injector.
On the piston skirt there is a hollow for cooling injector. In the head of
the piston the combustion chamber is made.

2 are installed the
pistons 7511.1004015-10 with 3 grooves for the piston rings (two
grooves for compression rings and one for oil ring).
The groove for top compression ring is made in the niresist in-
sert.
The combustion chamber is displaced on 5 mm, the lateral sur-
face with hollow, has the excluder. On the head there are hollows for
the valves. The height from piston pin axis to top surface is 85 mm.
The diameter of piston pin hole is 52 mm.

2 (separate cylinder heads) the piston
7511.1004015-01 with the central combustion chamber and changed
hollows for the valves is used. The rest - as on the previous piston.
