tips forming twelve-pole magnetic system are joined, to the tips the
excitation winding terminals are soldered.
The bushing with the excitation coil, pole tips, contact rings and
bearing are pressed on the shaft.
The cover from the side of contact rings is made of aluminium
alloy, has ventilating windows and the lug for fastening the alternator
onto the engine.
The cover on the part of a drive is made of aluminium alloy, has
ventilating windows and two lugs for fastening the alternator onto the
engine. In the cover the bearing is installed.
The fan and the pulley are installed on the alternator shaft with
key and are fixed with nut and washer.
