Displaying the Setup Menu and Setup
Procedure Basics

Displaying the Setup Menu

• Press a setup menu key. The corresponding setup menu is displayed.

• If you press the SHIFT key to turn on the green indicator above the SHIFT key and

then press a panel key, the setup menu marked in purple above the pressed key is

displayed. This operation is indicated as

SHIFT + panel key

in this manual.

Setup Procedure Basics

There are mainly 7 types of operations possible on a setup menu (see a to g below).

a. Menus that execute an operation immediately when the soft key is pressed.

b. Menus that open a separate window when the soft key is pressed.

c. Menus that have a lower-level setup menu when the soft key is pressed (menus

that have a

mark at the upper left corner within the menu frame)
