[1] Transmission Speed Switch
Set the transmission speed using the decimal rotary switch shown below. With an
appropriate ordinary screwdriver, change the direction of the arrow. Do not position the
arrow at 7, 8, or 9. The factory default setting of the switch is 5 (9600 bps).

[2] Data Format Switch
Set the data transmission format with the 8-bit DIP switch. Set the DIP switch by sliding
each switch to on or off position. Up to six functions can be set with this switch. The factory
setting is ON for switch 1 and OFF for switches 2 to 8.
