B3. Event Transmission Function
The event transmission function transmits events (any free-format string and
binary numeric data) to a higher-level computer.
The number of data that can be transmitted each time is 60 bytes (30 words) for
the F3LC11-2F module.

When Request to Transmit is turned on, Transmit Completed turns on
when transmission is completed.
Turning off Request to Transmit also turns off Transmit Completed.
Ylmm34 Request to Transmit
Turn on this relay to request for event transmission.
Turn it off after the Transmit Completed relay turns on.
Ylmm37 Header/Footer
Turn on this relay to attach a header/footer before event transmission.
(ON: attach a header/footer, OFF: do not attach a header/footer)
Ylmm38 ASCII Conversion
Turn on this relay to perform ASCII conversion for event transmission.
(ON: perform ASCII conversion, OFF: do not perform ASCII conversion)
Xlmmnn, Ylmmnn: “l” denotes a unit, while “mm” denotes a slot
