External Wiring
To ensure compliance to CE Marking for a system incorporating this module, use a
shielded cable for connecting to the module. Peel off part of the insulation of the
shielded cable to expose the shield, and apply an FG clamp to the shield to secure and
ground it

Screw the FG clamp to
the metal plate of the
panel enclosure for
grounding.

Connect the Personal Computer Link module (F3LC11-2F) to an external display using
an RS-422-A/RS-485 terminal block. Figure B1.2 shows an RS-422-A/RS-485 terminal
block.
