List of Function Commands

A description is given of the program commands of each function command. The optical 
spectrum analyzers on which the program command is valid is indicated along with the 
parameter range and variables supported. 
For the AQ6370C, AQ6370D, AQ6373, AQ6373B, AQ6375 and AQ6375B, if commands 
are valid for only some of the instruments, the models are so indicated. Models are not 
noted for commands that are valid for all instruments.
