When the mapping table is set up as shown below, an image with an input size of A3 will
be printed as follows.

Size mapping is applied to the image with an input size of A3, which is then enlarged
to an A2 output size (enlarged by 141.4%).

Media mapping is applied as the output size is A2, and the image is printed on the
A1 roll media (rotated by 90 degrees and output).
