Method
1. Mix well, the curd, salt, pepper powder, garam masala powder and green
chilli paste.
2. Mix in the paneer cubes, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
3. Thread one paneer cubes on to wooden satay sticks / toothpicks, thread one
cube of onion, capsicum and tomato, then another paneer cube.
4. Repeat until all paneer cubes have been used.
5. Lightly grease the “Grilling Rack”.
6. Place the satay sticks on the “Grilling Rack
”
, brush with a little oil
7. Place the ‘Grilling Rack’ inside the oven cavity.
8. Select Auto Cook Category “Snacks – Sn 13”.
9. Select number of servings by pressing “Serves 2 / 3 / 4”.
10. Press start.
11. When the microwave oven starts to beep, turn the pieces over, reposition,
brush with a little more oil return to the oven and press start.
12. Remove from the oven when “END” is displayed.
13. Sprinkle with a little chat masala powder, if desired.
14. Serve hot with mint and coriander chutney.
