WAREMA climatronic® 3.x
Installation and connection
7.9 Sensor Splitter
The Sensor Splitter is used to connect several WAREMA climatronic® units
to 1 to 3 weather stations or Sensor Interfaces. For example, if there is one
central control unit per storey in a construction project, all central control
units can be supplied with the necessary weather data from a single weather
station.
The measuring values are actively requested from the connected weather
stations via the Sensor Splitter. All other Sensor Splitters on the bus merely
need to "listen".
The devices can be connected to each other via a separate RS485 bus.
The Sensor Splitter makes 24 V DC / 250 mA available on the bus on the
sensor side (sufficient for one weather station). If multiple weather stations
are connected, they need to be supplied by a separate power supply unit.
