Gas supply pressure (flow pressure)
6. Test the supply pressure (flow
pressure); it should be
H 17.4 to 25Ămbar for natural gas,
H 42.5 to 57.5Ămbar for LPG.
Use suitable test equipment with a
resolution of at least 0.1Ămbar to
measure the supply pressure.
Record the actual value in the
service report.
Take the action shown in the table.

7. Shut down the boiler, close the
gas shut-off valve, remove the
pressure gauge and close test
nipple "PE"Ă A with the screw.
ă8. Check the closing function of the
gas combination valve:
H Connect the pressure gauge to
test nipple "PG"Ă B .
H Start up the boiler.
H Switch off the control unit.
H The nozzle pressure (vacuum)
must rise to 0Ămbar within
1Ăsecond. Replace the gas valve
if the nozzle pressure rises
more slowly.
ă9. Remove the pressure gauge, and
close test nippleĂ"PG"Ă B with
the screw.
10. ¨ ĂSafety instructions
Open the gas shut-off valve and
check for leaks on test nipples
"PE", "PG" and all gas
connections.
